New Client Registration & Temperament Testing in Denver
Welcome to the family! We are thrilled you are considering The Woofhaus for your dog’s care. Whether you are looking for daily socialization, a grooming spa day, or overnight boarding, our enrollment process ensures a safe and happy fit for everyone.
The 3-Step Process
How to Get Started
Step 1: Create Your Profile
Join our digital portal to manage your bookings and pet info.
- Click the “Register” button to create your account.
- Upload your dog’s details, photo, and vet records directly to our secure system.
- Note: Having your vet records ready (PDF or photo) speeds this up significantly!
Step 2: Vaccination Check
Safety is our #1 priority. Before entering the facility, all dogs must have current proof of the following vaccinations:
- Rabies (1 or 3 year)
- Distemper/Parvo (DHPP)
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
- Note: All dogs over 6 months must be spayed or neutered.
Step 3: Schedule Your “Meet & Greet”
Once your profile is created and vaccinations are uploaded, book your initial Temperament Test. This is a casual “interview” where we introduce your dog to our staff and a few calm dogs to see how they communicate and play.
- Duration: Approximately 20–30 minutes.
- Outcome: If it’s a match, your pup is free to stay for the rest of the day to play!
Planning an Overnight Stay?
Important Requirement for Boarding Guests To ensure your dog is comfortable sleeping away from home, we require all new boarding dogs to complete two (2) full days of daycare prior to their first overnight reservation. This helps them bond with our staff and learn that you always come back, reducing separation anxiety during their sleepover.
Frequently Asked Questions
We love showing off our facility! We do tours on Saturdays and they must call to schedule
Absolutely. Our Cage-Free environment has different zones for different energy levels. We have plenty of “wallflower” dogs who love to hang out on the sidelines and watch the action without being in the middle of the wrestle-mania. Our staff is trained to help shy dogs build confidence at their own pace.
Just your dog (on a leash) and a quick release collar! If they are staying for lunch, feel free to pack their own food. We have plenty of water, bowls, and beds.
The spay/neuter policy at The Woofhaus is seven (7) months.
Ready to see tails wag? We can't wait to meet you and your pup at our South Broadway location.
